Seventynine Digital is committed to inclusive, accessible digital experiences for all users, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is integral to how we design, build, and maintain our solutions for corporates, government, and SOEs.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines help ensure our products are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust across devices and assistive technologies.

What we do

  • Design & content: Clear structure, meaningful headings, accessible colour contrast, descriptive links and labels.
  • Non-text alternatives: Text alternatives for images/icons and captions or transcripts where applicable.
  • Keyboard & focus: Full keyboard access with visible focus states and logical tab order.
  • Screen readers: Semantic HTML, ARIA where appropriate, and tested patterns for assistive tech.
  • Responsiveness: Layouts that adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop; support for zoom and reflow.
  • Motion & timing: Respect user preferences (reduced motion); reasonable timing and error recovery.
  • Quality checks: Pre-release reviews and ongoing regression checks against WCAG criteria.
  • Team training: Regular enablement on accessible design, content, and development practices.

Scope

This statement applies to Seventynine Digital’s website and to client-facing solutions we deliver (websites, self-service platforms, intranets, and web applications). Where feasible, we advise clients on accessibility best practice to extend inclusivity across their ecosystems.

Known limitations & continuous improvement

Despite our best efforts, some content or third-party components may not yet be fully accessible. We track issues by severity and remediate them in regular release cycles.

If you experience an accessibility barrier or have suggestions, please contact us. We aim to acknowledge feedback within 5 working days and address issues promptly.

Escalation

If you believe we have not addressed your concern adequately, you may seek guidance from relevant authorities in your jurisdiction. We will cooperate in good faith to find a workable solution.
